Walk to the nearby markets are so convenient! Jim and his staffs were awesome! They are willing, welcomes with a smile and very helpful. "The oriental suites provided an exceptional experience in old town Hanoi. The suite with balcony was very spacious and was a great place to take a break from the crowded old town streets. We arrived just before typhoon Yagi and after cancelling some plans decided to wait out the storm in Hanoi. All the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to keep our stay comfortable despite the stress of the incomming storm ."
