"Our whole stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the food was fantastic! My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the meals – everything was delicious and really hit the spot. There are so many great options for dining, though the time was a bit limited, as most restaurants are only open for dinner. There weren’t a lot of choices for lunch, and the pool closes early at 8pm, so no late-night swims for us. But despite these small things, the overall experience was unforgettable, and it truly made us want to come back to Mexico every year."

"Went as a solo traveller in the off season. Resort staff was friendly. Food was good although not all restaurants are open every night but that’s understandable given how busy. Felt safe. Good mix of busy and loud spots and quiet areas. Would definitely go back! Brace yourself for not being able to swim in the ocean during the off season, which is far beyond the hotels control! "
