"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"Exclente estancia se recomienda totalmente. Casa fresca con aire acondicionado en todas las recamaras. Todas las recamaras tienen cama matrimonial 1 individual y su baño. La piscina frente a la casa. A 5min supermercados y sitios comida."

"This property is spacious and well kept, great for a family. The location is 700m to a supermarket and is an easy cab or golf cart ride to downtown. Our host, Mariana, was very responsive and very helpful with offers for arranging transportation and other assistance."

"This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "

"Very spacious, clean home, in a safe gated community. All appliances needed, free fast internet, TVs in all rooms with netflix for kids. Fast response to communication. Easy transaction as the manager made himself available to meet up on our schedule."

"La comunicaron y respuesta de la propiedad fue horrible, mi check in era desde la 1 y me contactaron hasta las 3 de la tarde, mientras no respondían al único teléfono que la publicación menciona, no servia el aire condicionado, no la regadera, ni el boiler, no tenía mosquitero, mucho moho parecía que tenía más de un año sin usar la casa, a la casa le urge mantenimiento!!!!"

"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...
