"Avoid this hotel. The pictures on the website DO NOT represent what the condition of the hotel is currently. It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...

"Door on room needs to be pulled very hard to properly lock. Watch out for this so someone doesn’t have access to your room. Clean, good bed, great location. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pool was too cold to use but looked nice. "
