"The resort property was outstanding. We booked a club king ocean view and were upgraded to a one bedroom condo nearest the sea. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We had breakfast at a different restaurant each day and it was the most spectacular breakfast in terms of variety and quality. There were always chairs available by the pools or the sea. The fitness centre had its own pool with lane, as did the Regency Club. The spa was gorgeous and they gave me tea to start and end. The treatment rooms all had a private change room/shower/bathroom. The Regency Club had a great happy hour, plus we could use it all day for drinks and snacks. By far my favourite resort. "

"Excellent hotel for the price I paid. Service is super. The concierges really went out of their way to assist me in a few things I needed. Especially Loc, he was super attentive to ensure I got the carboard boxes I needed for my flight. "

"Our family (mum, dad, boys 11 and 13) stayed here three times as we dipped in and out of Hanoi to travel to other locations. Firstly the rooms, beds and all amenities were a delight. It’s a lovely quiet and comfortable location in the old town of Hanoi. Breakfast is fabulous. Lots of fresh and delicious variety and good coffee. The hero’s of the hotel are the staff especially those front of house. With all of our in and out the team we’re incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and generous. They supplied us with a take away breakfast when we left really early. They welcomed our returns like friends. They made sure we had access to showers before we had to travel home- after a sweaty and fun day out and about in Hanoi. The team were also super helpful with advice on food and drink places and taking care of our belongings while we were away. We highly recommend Royal palace for all people travelling in and through Hanoi. Exceptional. "

"I have stayed at many properties across Vietnam, including Western hotels from the biggest chains. Peridot Grand is an exceptional and unique experience. While being right in the heart of old Hanoi, it is somehow nestled behind some buildings and above the fray. So at the same time it is in the middle of everything, while being serene. Beginning with the check-in experience all the way through our stay, the service was exceptional. Add to that several dining options, including the amazingly appointed rooftop restaurant adjacent to the infinity pool. The decor throughout the hotel is elaborate and wonderful. Highly recommended!!"
