"Had a great stay here. Perfect location. Staff is top level. I had an issue the first night and the next day they caught me as I was leaving for the day and asked if they can go in the room. I came back and everything was fixed. The staff themselves are all super friendly and very welcoming. I’ll miss my morning chats with the front desk manager. She was amazing. Full of tips and recommendations. They even got me a cake for when I was leaving. Also the bed was the best bed my entire trip throughout Vietnam. Will deff come back here if I were to return to Hanoi. "

Nam made incredible drinks and truly went above and beyond with his customer service—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. He made every visit to the pool feel like a luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was another standout—honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The braised ribs were to die for. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. Highly recommend Awaken to anyone visiting Da Nang!"

"Probably the best hotel I have ever been to..The room was spacious , beds are very comfortable, bathroom was massive ..The design amusing and the wardrobe was big.. The resort itself deserves a day or two to just enjoy it.The outdoor and indoor water parks were a pleasure for my kids.. The beach and the view were amazing..The staff was very friendly and the room service was superb.. Breakfast was a huge buffet the only thing that there is not much for is to eat as muslims but we still enjoyed it"
