"Great place centrally located. Great view of Lake Kiem from our balcony. Spacious room. Breakfast from the top floor was awesome with the added stunning view. Julie coordinated our trip to our awesome HaLong Bay cruise, our journey to Sapa and returning to Hanoi airport. Great job Julie!!!"

"This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "

Every person who worked there was professional and gracious. Room was cute, beds comfortable. Lina was especially amazing with guest relations. I’ve stayed at the Peninsula and I have to say the service here was just as attentive. "
