Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. "Stayed here with husband and toddler (age 3.5 year old) for a night. We arrived at check in time (walked from bus station - about 10-15 min). A shuttle service was available but we decided to walk this time. Service from start to finish was amazing. The hotel was beautiful during the fall season. We stayed in the west wing.
