The hotel was great and also had an onsite onsen which was our first, however it was clean and the water was great. There are multiple pools that provide a small range in temperature, including one outside. Bedrooms were clean and those on the Mount Fuji side did not disappoint.

Absolutely loved the property. The Fuji views from the rooms are stunning. We chose the Japanese style sleeping rooms and we really loved it. Staff is super nice. They have hourly shuttle to the station which is convenient. Breakfast is great.

This hotel has excellent view and convenient to go to Mt. Fuji tourist attractions and drive to the 5th station for a hike or just the view of Mt. Fuji. The lake also has a nice path to walk and the hotel has good breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby with a short drive. The hotel is very clean and the wifi works well.
