"First I must mention it's very foreign friendly I saw a good number of foreigners and the staff had pretty good English skills I was pretty shocked at first. Omg I can not gush enough about my stay it was so nice, I decided to solo travel to Japan and was so nervous but once I got to the hotel I felt a lot better, they have a very easy self check-in area then the receptionist, easy check-out process too. Location was perfect I could walk 5 minutes anywhere and find sky.ethi g plus it was close to the train stations which is a plus. Staff was very friendly,, food was amazing. Room felt really nice and independent it really helped me love my stay in Japan."

"We had an excellent experience at Keio. The location is very convenient, the staff and helpful and the place is spotless. We had a large room and bathroom especially for Tokyo. The only negative is that the rooms and hotel are a bit dated in style but everything is very well maintained. We would stay again "

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were first greeted at the door to introduce us to the no shoe policy and they cleaned the bottom of our suitcases. The onsen was very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. The shower was great. This is a large hotel, but it never felt over crowded. "

"Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do."

"Perfect location (in T3 right next to the departure counters) and spacious room, triple the size compares to other hotel rooms we stayed in Japan previously. The bathroom has separated Bath tub and powerful rain shower & extra shower head (depends on the room type), very clean. Great breakfast with varies choices of both western and Japanese food. 3rd time visit the hotel and will definitely keep coming back."
