"Next to edge of Namba station. Located in a quiet area although this Hotel is big (30 floors) and very busy with lots of people so it can get busy. Service is simple, fast, and great! Also contains floor for restauraunt with a voucher, floor for laundry, vending machine, public bath, and very own 7-11. Room, cleaning, service is very standard APA service. Would not mind coming again."

"Such an amazing experience, the hotel itself was beautiful and easily accessible with less than a 10min walk from the main station. Once you arrive at the hotel, you have to take off your shoes and put them in shoe lockers - the hotel itself has beautiful tatami mats throughout, with the most stunning rooms! The onsen/public bath itself was fantastic, with several different baths (I loved the milky one the most) and the best massage chairs I've ever used with free yakult and popsicles offered as well to keep you hydrated from being in the baths. We were also able to easily use the luggage delivery service direct at the hotel to send our things to our next stay. Beautiful hotel, easy access, would definitely stay again!"
