Lobby provides water (hot & cold) & green tea. Flaw: the staff are very strict on check in time, not a minute earlier allowed, exactly 3pm or after. "This particular hotel is for people that are mainly self sufficient I wouldn't suggests it if you cannot mentally operate independent of being accompanied. the local area is amazing I'm a small town kinda guy theirs a brewery if you have the time and walk you'll hit the coast for a really good breeze. The hotel itself Is quiet and staff as well as other guests are nice. But I'd recommend this hotel if your a foreigner that can operate off your own mental agenda with little to no assistance...

"Hotel was very close to the North Exit of Numazu Station and easy to find. There’s a Lawsons,7-11 and McDonalds near by. Very quiet hotel and the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again when we visit Numazu"

"Very lovely holiday house in Yamanako ~ The has 2 bed + 2 futon, perfect for the family of four. Simple but useful facility - jacuzzi baht, entertainment room, DVD room There is almost facilily for all family : ) Definitely recommend for a nice getaway "

"We rented a room that said to have a double or two twin beds. It ended up giving us a double bed. We requested for 2 twin beds. They said no more for the next 2 nights. After they found out that we’re going to say 3 night, they gave us a 2 twin beds roomed with extra fee. The staff was polite and listened to us patiently 👍. They offered two types of breakfast with lots of choices 👍👍"

"It’s an amazing experience staying here. The room was clean and comfortable with stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Nice Onsen facility . Convenient location walkable to Fuji Q park nearby or bus stop to kawaguchiko station where we can take sightseeing bus around the lake or train back to city. "
