The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). "The room was lovely! The bed was so comfortable and king sized and the bathroom had a bath which was lush after some time trekking in Sa Pa. It was slightly out of the Old Quarter but we still walked to most places."

"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."

"Location inside the Old Quarter section of Hanoi, Vietnam. Convenient walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites. Beautiful view from the 12th floor rooftop. I'd consider this a Boutique Hotel meaning it has more charm than modern conveniences. Food and breakfast in their 11th floor restaurant was excellent. The staff was over the top in their warmth and assistance. Special shout outs to: Audbrey, Son, and Mingh!"

"Wonderful staff that make your stay easy and trouble free. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great variety of fresh juices, fruit, veggies, salads, different a la Carte option, etc. The sky bar was excellent with great selection of cocktails which were very professionally made. Location in the old quarter was also very convenient. We had an excellent stay!"

"Check in was amazing! We arrived at 1:30 AM and the staff could not have been more friendly. Our “butler” greeted us with champagne. The hotel is beautiful, clean and our room was spacious with every amenity you can think of! "
