"We only stayed one night before our flight back home. We chose this hotel because it is well located near St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are rather spacious and comfortable. Customer service is good, Thanks to Sulli and Jimmy at the front desk. We had to leave very early in the morning and the hotel packed take away breakfast for us. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab!
