Hotels in Mexico with Complimentary Breakfast

"This is truly an amazing property and worth the money. The rooms were nice and clean. The food was top notch at all restaurants, especially the a la carte. We only visited Xplor park which was a lot of fun. My only reasons for not giving 5 starts in all categories were due to the following: 1. As noted in many reviews, the staff push you to attend a presentation for the expanded area of the hotel. This is actually a sales tactic for a membership (which you may or may not be interested in). Though they promise a 90 minute presentation in exchange for a $200 credit, it ended up being over 3 hours between the breakfast with the sales staff then further meetings with managers etc. etc. They need to be more honest up front about the time commitment. Fortunately, the $200 credit is paid at the end which we used at the spa with no issues. 2. We had a garden suite room. It was a ground level floor very close to where people walk to and from the restaurants or the pool. It becomes very loud at night as the room was not very sound proof. To avoid these issues, upgrade your room so you get a higher level, and avoid the sales presentation (unless you feel 3 1/2 hours of your time is worth $200USD). Overall, I will definitely come back in the future."

"Overall rating 8/10 Food isn’t bad but not much varieties Property is very old, elevator was broken down, no movable shower head, can’t adjust the temperature of the AC, at night I have to turn it off as it is preset at 18 degree Celsius!! Most of restaurants have good food you have to pay extra although my reservation is all inclusive Smoking isn’t permitted except for in Garden which is outside the resort Coffee wasn’t good enough to wake me up lol But spicy food was amazing People are nice, friendly The beach was marvellous "

"Me and my wife were skeptical at first because of some negative reviews . Once we arrived we realized that these people were butt hurt or very picky , the service from the doorman, reception, and all staff were excellent and very helpful, our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, I couldn't ask for more. And the food, I was amazed on how delicious the food was, either from the buffet or a restaurant, I definitely over ate.they had plenty of shows and lots of entertainment for all ages ."

"Had a weekend trip to Cabo. When I got to the property, I was impressed with how clean and nice everything was. The staff was excellent. The food was very, very good. It reminded me of the RIU in Madrid. Had a very European feel to it. Rooms were very, very nice comfortable and quite large. Only thing I wish is that I upgraded to an ocean view room. Oh, and the other thing is, there’s only one elevator that I saw in the front of the hotel. My room was actually downstairs and had a view of the Santa Fe hotel next-door. Can’t wait to go back. Elevator or no elevator I am still wanna stay here again."
