"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"This hotel is a terrific bargain if what you're looking for is a well-priced, great location, attentive staff, and on-premises onsen. If you're sensitive to the smell of decades of tobacco use, this hotel is not for you. If you're tolerant of this issue and want the opportunity to enjoy windows that open, and old-school amenities and service, you will enjoy this hotel as much as I do. "

"We stayed here on our drive back into Tokyo, and the location was super convenient—right off the freeway. The staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink and treat when we checked in. I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, but I really wish I had. They provide lots of complimentary toiletries and Samue loungewear, which should only be worn in the room. We used their washer and dryer to clean some clothes, but after two rounds in the dryer, they were still quite damp. The...

"Went for a 2 day stay couldnt eat there on the same day and restaurant was already fully booked for a reservation on the next day, no microwave in the hotel and no restaurant unless walking about 25-30 minutes in the dark with no sidewalk."
