"This was a beautiful property that suited our family vacation well, accommodating six adults and five kids ranging in age from 11 to 19. It was low-key which I enjoyed, although the older teens would have preferred a little more to do. We went into Tulum where there's a vibrant night life, but it's also a 45-minute drive each way, which wasn't ideal. "

Mattress was uncomfortable, kinda of hard. The design and decoration of the hotel is very unique, 2 nights to experience it is enough. Room was cleaned, food was good, and the Mirador was spectacular!! "
