There were plenty of things that didn't work, or weren't available, but I found myself enjoying the things that did and were. "Everything was perfect. Everybody was helpful. I will go back if I ever go back to Tulum. Celebrated my husbands birthday. Had ordered a cake. They made it so nice with music and singing. I was very touched, more than I expected. Clean and everybody is very attentive. The airport shuttle was working very well too. "

"Absolutely perfect for a no-frills beach trip. The staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. Service was great and the staff also was great at sharing local info and recommendations. Couldn’t be easier to walk out of your hotel room and onto the beach with a full bar and cozy beach beds. Gave four stars on facilities only because the AC was down one night because of a power outage so that was a hot night, but was there for 5 nights total with no issues. "
