"We had good stay at Dreams Tulum Mexico. The resort is good but not extraordinary . I would expect a little more for the price we paid. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are a little dated. There are not enough restaurants and during are stay half were closed. I must say service was good the staff are great no complaints there. "Beautiful hotel. Room could have been cleaner. There were stray hairs (from multiple ppl) on the rug, in the shower, by the pool. Floor felt gritty so i don't think they are swept/vacuumed regularly- I just wore the provided slippers and was ok.
