"We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The kids corner was magical for my four year old daughter, she begged everyday to go back there and play. The staff everywhere were amazing and SO helpful. They were SUPER aware of food allergies and would tell us if specific things on the menu might even possibly be cross contaminated. Will definitely return. "

"Absolutely beautiful place! We paid for the shuttle service to/from the airport, and did not have our own transportation. This place is set away from Tulum in a forested area. It is within walking distance of an old Tulum and a 7-Eleven, just bring plenty of water due to heat & humidity. It is not within walking distance to the beach. The place is still under construction, so taking a nap during the day was difficult! The staff is very kind and has bilingual people available. The on site restaurant is very good! There is not a gift shop on-site. We went on excursions on two separate days and we were picked up in front the compound at the steps, as the lobby is set further back and not visible from the road. Overall, we were happy about how clean the place was, and the landscape within the compound was stunning!"

"Ara, the hotel concierge, made our stay truly special. She reached out before our arrival to see how she could assist, which was greatly appreciated. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t miss a moment of the trip. Ara’s care and attention went above and beyond—we can’t thank her enough for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premium Room, which was ideal for our family. It had four bedrooms and a detached common area with a kitchen and living room—perfect for spending time together comfortably."

"This is my second stay at Copal, and I returned because my first visit was so exceptional. The resort is stunning, featuring two outstanding on-site restaurants. From the moment you arrive, a serene atmosphere envelops you. The staff is incredibly warm and hospitable, ensuring you feel at home. Any shortcomings in service are quickly remediated, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is ideal, with a pharmacy, grocery stores, additional restaurants, and an emergency room all within walking distance in a very safe area. I’m already planning to make this a yearly tradition!"

"We booked the Sky Villa and it was magical! Azulik staff were proactive and taking care of us before we even left the US. The restaurants are expensive, but the stay was a dream. I definitely recommend if you're someone who truly enjoys peace. We had the jungle in our front yard and the ocean in the back. We had such a beautiful room but slept on the day bead every night. Had ocean views from the shower - watching the sun rise. 😍😍 We loved everything about it! "
