"Overall it's been a pleasant stay in this property however, you cannot expect it's the same as a traditional hotel even you've booked for a private room instead of the hostel sharing rooms. For example, there are no kettle nor mugs nor any cutleries in your room, you have to get them from the pantry in the common area. Apart from these, it's a lovely property with friendly staff and clean spaces/ facilities. "

"My city single room is small and quaint. The building seems old, but the hotel keeps it clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the management was flawless. I also appreciate how eco-friendly this hotel is. The narrow stairs definitely make transporting suitcases challenging."

"Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. "The property is split between two buildings.. that wasn’t immediately apparent, but not really an issue after I was settled in… the room was in one side , breakfast was served in the other side. The street is very busy with traffic but I did not have any issues with noise at night. There was a slight maintenance issue with the door handle potentially coming loose, but it was resolved very quickly. Room service was very efficient and discreet. The one down side - it is not close to any MRT...

"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.....
