"Barcelo maya was everything we wanted. The beach was absolutely beautiful. But the main reason i chose this resort was for the snorkling right off the beach. It did not dissapoint. It was absolutely beautiful with coral and fish and sea turtles all in their natural environment. My son and i would definitely come here again."

Severs Guadalupe and Roberto at Tantazione went above and beyond for my cousin's birthday. La Terraza Supervisor Jeremy and bartenders so many others that I wish I could remember the names. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking beach views and incredible wildlife all around. The drinks were fantastic, and while the food was hit or miss in some spots, El Gaucho delivered an amazing meal, The Nest had a solid breakfast, and Capricho was perfect for lunch. Overall, we had an amazing time and will absolutely be back! TRS Yucatan knows how to make guests feel special. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here for a week and loved it! The buffet is great, and the restaurants are amazing!!!! I went to the gym everyday, and it's a gym! The pools & bars are great too. Lines at the bar can sometimes be a little long and they could use a 2nd bartender to jump in during those times. But, it wasn't too bad. Our room was really great too. A BIG shout out to Antonio, one of the entertainment staff! He was so wonderful and would stop every to chat with us! And, another big shout out to Aure, one of the waitress at the buffet. She was sweet and attentive and would have our drinks for us before we even asked! This is my 2nd time to this resort, and I'd go again!"

"I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. "
