"Best room I've ever stayed in, it was the private villa. Staff was great. We had a couple of issues like we got a wake up call at 4 am we didn't request, they didn't refill our shower soap or little towels, our room service order was messed up twice, there weren't a lot of vegan options at the buffet, there weren't enough serving spoons at the buffet so the cross contamination was wild. A lot of little details went wrong that shouldn't have since we were staying at the VIP villas. The...
