"The Royalton CHIC Cancun was an excellent experience overall! The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The rooms offered stunning views, whether you were on the ocean side or the lagoon side. My only concern was the occasional long wait for the elevators, which could be frustrating at times. Other than that, everything was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to others!"

You are special. Thank you Irving and Sebastian…check in was lovely. Felipe is incredibly efficient on beach service. Staff at the steakhouse on our last night were so great (Nov. 20th). I never write reviews but this vacation was exceptional. Thank you RIU. We will be back. 👌"

"We enjoyed our two-week stay. We had a 10 month old so it was nice to be at an all-inclusive so we could try to keep her on a schedule. The beach and pools were great. Food was mostly good! The ice cream in the Italian restaurant was my favourite!! "
