"Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!"

"Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly helpful and professional. Everything was super clean. Some maintenance going on outside which did not bother us at all it was good to see that they were taking care of the outside. However, it seems that their bathroom shower area could do with an upgrade. We had two rooms and both were equally disappointing. Definitely some remodeling is needed in the rooms."

"We were only in Cozumel for one night so it was perfect for us. Located right on the square we could have easily walked to it if we had known our way around. It’s close to the ferry and the ocean. Lots of local shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is cute, clean, & comfortable. It is an older property but suited us well for the night.
