"Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly helpful and professional. Everything was super clean. Some maintenance going on outside which did not bother us at all it was good to see that they were taking care of the outside. However, it seems that their bathroom shower area could do with an upgrade. We had two rooms and both were equally disappointing. Definitely some remodeling is needed in the rooms."

"We had a wonderful stay. It's not a 5 star resort and we knew that when we booked it. The food was ok and there were a few issues with the water flow in the sink and shower in our room, but we made it work. The mini golf was pretty much unusable as it was flooded. But the A/C worked good in our room and the friendliness of the staff made up for any small issues we encountered. The beach and snorkeling was amazing. It was a nice quiet stay without a party crowd and always plenty of beach chairs....

"They working on the upstairs units from an earlier hurricane so the hotel was pretty much vacant. I forgot I paid for an upgraded room with a refrigerator. When we checked in nobody said anything and the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in so we didn’t use it. Last day management said we had the upgrade and all I had to do was plug the refrigerator in. I would have used it if I knew that. All the employees were super nice. "
