"The kitchen was being remodeled when we first got there. So they were serving everything out of a tent on the grass next to the pool. All the grass was wore out, and it was very muddy was the only real issue. The restaurant food was fantastic. "

"We were only in Cozumel for one night so it was perfect for us. Located right on the square we could have easily walked to it if we had known our way around. It’s close to the ferry and the ocean. Lots of local shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is cute, clean, & comfortable. It is an older property but suited us well for the night. "Really enjoyed the stay, my only issue was, and it maybe because it was end of season, the bar restaurant did not open and the pool bar restaurant closed by 5pm meaning heading elsewhere for dinner every night. "

"Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!"
