"The villas are gorgeous with great ocean views and a beautiful swimming pool. The common areas are very clean and well kept. The staff is nice but in most cases their English is very limited. Not easy to communicate with them. Our villa was very pretty but it was up too high on the hill and far from the lobby, spa, restaurants, so we had to call and get the hotel golf cart every time we wanted to leave the villa and get back to it. Next time I would prefer a villa closer to the amenities"

"We found the hosts Morna and Dennis to be very helpful and friendly. Morna helped us to book an excursion that was much cheaper than the regular tour companies. Thank you Morna!! We enjoyed the morning coffee station and access to the shared kitchen. We enjoyed being able to walk the 20-30 minute walk to Kata and Karon beaches. The room was clean with great air conditioning. "This place is a little paradise in Phuket. Kata Noi is probably the best beach in the area as it is not as crowded as others, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea and the beach. Many restaurants in the Resort, obviously they are much more expensive than any independent restaurants outside the hotel, but you pay for comfort and the view. Nice and friendly staff. "

"This is an our second visit and as always the staff make it worthwhile. The property is clean and the pool is excellent. While I love this place and the staff are excellent and and the guests have always been friendly, but the place really does need updating and redecorating as the paint work looks cracked and worn. The TV’s good do with updating to smart tv’s and the ancient looking speaker boxes need replacing as after 2 visits I still cannot work out how to use and a simple Bluetooth speaker...

"A really beautiful hotel, we were only here for two nights and were mostly out so we didn’t get to experience it too much but I would recommend if you’re staying in the area. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Only downsides were the unexpected cash deposit on arrival (1,000 THB per night) and the fact that when we checked out early and left our luggage the staff said we couldn’t wait in the lobby which seemed a bit rude!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the SIS Kata. It was well located near the amazing Kata Beach. We especially loved the rooftop pool at the hotel, which we made use of at least once a day to watch the sunset. The happy hour drinks by the pool are a plus. We would happily stay here again. "Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver."
