"The place was dirty (stained sheets, dirty refrigerator, etc.) with few of the necessities (no soap, no blankets, toilet paper, etc). There was nobody stationed at the reception desk. It looked vacated - did not see other guests or employees. The air conditioner did not work and the place smelled moldy. We left a day early because it was miserable and my family would disagree with the 3 star rating of this hotel."

"Staff was personable, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Good choice and good food. We very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Kamala. The only minor inconvenience was the fact that the in room safe was not bolted down. We felt it offered zero protection for our valuables. "
