The hotel is less than 5 minutes for one of the metro stops making very convenient to go around. There are few restaurants in the area nice to explore night time. The room was relatively bigger compared to other hotels. The bathroom is a regular hotel size which was very nice. The only down size is the lobby area is extremely small, so during day time can be a bit challenging. The breakfast is served in partnership with a coffee place anexo to the hotel and the food is good but they have a fix menu and no flexibility in substituting. I would say overall very quiet but from time to time we would hear noises from the street later in the night. They can also hold your luggage before check in and after checkout which was very nice.

Fantastic location for Tokyo sightseeing
If you can find the shortcut, it’s only a few minutes walk from the nearest station. It is located in the central part of Tokyo and convenient to go around from east to west. We stayed in superior twin room, and it was spacious among hotel rooms in Tokyo for this price range. Highly recommended for budget travelers.

Wasn’t great, wouldn’t stay there again. Shower was black and dirty. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast had very limited options and is not good. Close to train station which was nice.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was small but well laid out. The staff were helpful and the cleaning service was great. The hotel also offers free coffee and donuts which is a nice addition. It would be nice to have chargers and lights on both sides of the bed for when two guests stay. Would stay in this property again. Akasaka-Mitsuke is a wonderful area to stay in will great restaurants and easy to get to Shinjuku as well as Ginza.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The lobby is welcoming and equipped with good coffee and on one night, they offered donuts. The room was super small and quite warm. We sweated easily. Still, it was quite spotless! We wiped down a few areas and no dust was to be found. We have allergies so this was a big plus. The toilet seat cover was broken, but fine otherwise. I'm not sure what happened, but we never got water. Maybe it's not offered, but our other hotel offered us free water daily and always packed towels and coffee/tea packs (though this hotel had good coffee at the lobby). This hotel also had one news channel in English so that was appreciated. Excellent location near 3 trains (Akasaka station has a Harry Potter themed display), Bic Camera, several Family Marts/7 Elevens, etc and restaurants. I would recommend if you don't mind the size.

Nice place in a good location, close to train station, eateries etc. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Only improvement would be that our window was blocked off so we couldnt see out or open it. Room was small but that is quite standard for Tokyo. Overall we had a good stay!

Amazing value for money, great shower and services
Great position (mega easy to reach from everywhere in Tokyo and excellent transportation). It’s a basic hotel but with lovely features and great service. Extremely good value for money - we paid as much as if we were sleeping in a tiny pod, but we got a decent size room with toilet, amazing shower (best of all the hotels we’ve been to in Japan - better than 4-5 star hotels!), free donuts in the evening, free coffee and very helpful staff. Strongly recommend and I’d 100% go again!!!
