"The property itself is ok beds are very comfortable and clean, breakfast is very basic no variety at all no cereals for kids or pancakes and fir the amount of money we paid it’s not great so I would only give 2 stars to this property, dinner in the restaurant is not great either, but we went outside the resort to eat as it was nicer and a bit cheaper. "Although sold out with a wait list, they would not refund my emergent cancellation 8 days ahead. I went in person to cancel because they wouldn’t even answer Expedia’s attempts. "We stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately I think it is too short. This hotel is awesome and in a great location. It is close to Karon and Patong. But once you are in the hotel it feels like you have been transported to a different world. The breakfast is great. The restaurant is on a terrace overlooking Karon beach. It is a great location to have a lazy morning breakfast The staff is great and very helpful. We will be back and stay longer. "

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
