"The hotel facilities were good (air conditioner, hair dryer). There was a shared microwave oven in the corridor. However, at night, I could hear people having s*x, so the sounds from one room could be heard across the entire floor."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean; maid service every day. There was no chair in the room, only a square stool at the desk. They do not serve breakfast but they supply tea and coffee in the morning. This is a fine low cost place to stay"

"We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is it’s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better. Great location for the old town and definitely go to the Sunday night market!"

"The staff always smiles which makes enjoy my time. Always happy to fulfill any request. It’s a small island filled with wonderful people, very inviting and happy just to share a smile! Getting anywhere on the island is never more than an hour away. Traffic looks daunting but once you get used to the proper side of the road, it’s more forgiving than it looks. "Really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Plaza. Great way to kick start our travels in Thailand. Room was spotless and great amenities. Roof top pool and bar is a must - some incredible views over Phuket and a clear view of the Big Buddha. The hotel is slightly away from the action but we had no trouble getting around with Bolt/Grab.
