"The staff at the property were so welcoming and kind when we arrived! The location is great, you are right in old Phuket. If I were to return I would request a room not facing the street - we were travelling with our 7 month baby and because it was the Sunday night market it was quite loud until late (understandably) with the windows/walls not preventing any noise. But if you are planning to be out late anyways then it wouldn’t be a problem!"

"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. "Sadly the floors are not washed well. Same drop of blood was there after 5 days when I left. Never smelled cleaners or disinfectant...just seen dirty mop and reused rags.
