"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"The beachfront location with a nice pool is unmatched in Kata Beach for the price. The facility is very nice and the complimentary breakfast buffet has a lot of great options. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious, the rooms could just be updated a bit, very late 2000s vibes. "

"Very well location at the heart of Karon and super close to Kata beach! The hotel has amazing design, very minimalist ans eco friendly however it has thin walls. They should consider putting families with kids at a certain wing rather than mixed with other adults because you can hear everything from rooms next door or below. Otherwise this hotel is greaf; they do amazing bbqs for the guests, vast choices of breakfast, value for money AND the staff are super kind. Thanks!"

"Every thing was great ,the staff were great they couldn’t do enough for us they looked ,after every thing for us ,so helpful The food was fab the room was beautful the swimming pool was fab we give it 5 star all the way.
