"Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. "Great value for money. Location very good just 5 mins walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants in close walking distance. The restaurant at front of hotel was superb. Packed every night and very reasonable prices. Only negative comment is they have a pool bar but obviously never used. Staff were very friendly and the room we had - deluxe pool view was newly renovated and the important thing, the bed was very comfortable."
