"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"Its a good location for us because its out of the really busy area, lots of good local food, 7-11, short walk or scooter to beach. Downside is we had ground floor closest to road and outside sitting area where people are hanging out talking loud at all hours. Also the air conditioner outside unit was in our bathroom and sink area, its hot like an oven, very weird construction. We asked to move if another room was available and owner said he'd let us know but never got back to us."

"The most amazing service, I’ve never been met with such hospitality. Hosts were extremely responsive, rooms included daily house keeping with your personal laundry done free of charge. We even had fruits left in the fridge for us. Property was beautiful and we loved the pool. Some minor issues with larger vehicles making it up the hill but either rent a scooter or have the host help you book a tuk tuk! They can get it for cheaper than on the grab app. Overall amazing stay! "

"We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids. Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. "We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. "We only had 2 nights at this stunning hotel and instantly we wished we had longer. The hotel has beautiful stone art work, a beautiful garden area and an amazing roof top pool area. Myself and my 2 daughters were luckily enough to stay here over New year's eve which meant we got the 350 view of the fireworks and lanterns from the pool bar area. A memory we will never forget. The room was a good size, clean, has a full sized fridge and a great sea view. Breakfast was very good. The Manager came over to chat to us a couple of times and check all was well, one hit day he gave us a lift in his car to the shops which was very kind. As we were leaving we were heading to Wat Chalking Temple, the manager mentioned he used to be a monk here and told us about the history, fascinating. The reception staff were very helpful with our bags, booking us a taxi and helping with washing. For sure I will stay here again in the future. Thanks for a short but very sweet stay. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was tucked away on a beautiful mountainside and bay. We did not explore outside of the hotel so it was nice that we had access to the sister property next door with additional restaurants and pools. The room was amazing, very well designed, and the bed was super comfortable. We were in a room at the very top of the hillside and on the far right, so had to call a buggy for rides to the pool and beach. By the end of the trip we braved the walk back to the room a few times but know that walking may be difficult if your room is further away. The buggies were fun and just a 5-10 min wait so not really an issue. The beach was great for swimming, but can get very crowded as it’s a public beach, however we always had good seats by the hotel pools. All in all a wonderful stay!"
