rooms were very large and spacious some areas of tiredness but overall very large bed with all the amenities required loved the swim out of the executive room into the lagoon pool - hotel had a lot of different areas and different pools - pool swim up bar with lovely.

Nice pool area!
Really nice hotel with a good pool area and breakfast. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are nice. The bathroom have a Japanese toilet with a warm seat and they provide good amenities. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of lunch and dinner. We had much better food outside the hotel.

We did like our accommodation with the view in the pool, we also liked the beach quiet and very nice. The pool in the hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. The Toto's in bathrooms need better cleaning procedures.

Property is in a quiet location. Room and facilities were good WIFI worked well. Hotel restaurant was ok- perhaps should focus more on local food than western meals. Most western type meals we tried were mediocre at best. Buffet breakfast was good.

A Grand Stay at a Grand Hotel
I’m a 77 year old widower who hosted 3 of my adult children and 1 daughter-in-law at the Wyndham Grand near Naiharn Beach for 3 nights. From the moment we arrived until climbing into our departure van to HKT, the staff (especially “Q”) took care of our every need. Our rooms … local transportation … restaurant recommendations … long tail boat rentals to go island hopping & snorkeling … even sessions in their lovely pools while sharing a cocktail … the Wyndham Grand exceeded our expectations! Well done.

This property was beautiful. I stayed in a poolside studio and it was perfect! There are jets and a ledge for you to sit in the pool right out your room's backdoor. Part of the property is under construction. However, there wasn't any excessive noise or traffic. The pool bar (swim up) was nice. Ordering a pizza is a must! I was a bit bothered by the additional person fee that was added (as a daily charge) to my visit. I was charged for having my child stay with me in the room. I DID NOT request an extra bed or anything. I was told that because there was an "extra person" I needed to pay. Lastly, my room wasn't ready at arrival so I waited in the lobby, which is beautiful, for about 20 minutes. Other than that, the hotel staff is helpful and professional.

Beautiful new resort in quiet Nai Harn area. Recommend a pool access room. Loved the room service with a wide variety menu. Resort still under some construction but does not affect your stay and is a nice quiet resort. No construction noise, just one part of the resort doesn’t hosts guests yet. 10min walk to Nai Harn Beach and 10min walk to restaurants/shops/7-11/pharmacy. Area felt very safe. About 1h30min from airport and 30-45min from big Buddha/elephants/old phuket town. Staff was good but could be improved. Consierge did not know any information in regards to tours that are advertised at hotel. In comparison to other resorts where they explain tours to you and showcase them. Some staff were not trained at the coffee shop “Kopi.” We ordered off the menu and the staff member had to call someone to ask how to make the drink (iced latte). and it didn’t turn out good as we had ordered that coffee numerous times during our stay. Servers do come around pool and offer drinks which was great. Keefir the server was by far the best and friendliest server and made our stay even better! Overall, recommend this resort we had a great stay and the rooms and property are beautiful. Is a bit far from attractions but is a nice quiet area. We stayed 8nights but I would recommend 4-7 nights in Phuket and then tour other islands!
