I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. They accommodated our group of 13 at dinner and breakfast regularly. They were very strict with who was allowed on property. We always felt safe. It was also a great location and easy to walk to 5th Ave shopping. "

"It was difficult getting dinner reservations( rude) . People didn’t not enforce the dinner dress code. Music needed to be uniformed throughout the pool areas. People should not be allowed to take their own music speakers(annoying) to have multiple music playing. "
