"Brujlio was the best host. He was there right when we arrived. He was the sweetest & welcoming host I ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were at home. We felt safe & comfortable. The pictures does this place no justice. This was our first time coming to Tulum & it looks like we will be back soon & often. The experience was so amazing. Such a beautiful place. "Great staff! They were helpful and kept the property and rooms extremely clean. While this is ocean front property the beach is very small and not really swimable. I would not stay here with kids. But it was great for a couple just wanting to relax on the beach. The location is great. Dozens of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a good size with ample storage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were great, although sometimes the language barrier was a minor issue. A list of close by and recommended restaurants was provided before we arrived, along with suggested activities. Both of which was super helpful. Food and drink were great. Would definitely stay again "

If you book through Expedia, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as Expedia does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. Once you are in touch directly, Karla was very responsive and it’s very easy to get in and out. The area and the building are both gated with a security guard so it feels very safe. "We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Piedra. The value for money is unbeatable. 1000 square feet of living space with high ceilings and as an added bonus, a netted/webbed lounging area that doubles as a trampoline for kids. It was also nice having two distinct rooftop areas, one of which we had to ourselves. Hugo is very approachable and great to chat with, and Modesto looked after us very nicely. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but the price is a fraction of Hilton prices. Very comfy bed as well!...

Bahia Principe Grand Coba - All Inclusive

"Just returned from a beautiful, fun & very relaxing family vacation at Coba! We loved, loved our stay! Buildings are a bit dated but clean! Beautiful, well maintained grounds and a gorgeous beach! Food wasn’t Amado g but VERY GOOD! They also had plenty of options for our picky 6 and 9 year old. Booking through Expedia gave us “VIP access” which was great! We were given a wrist band that allowed us to visit all 3 properties (Coba, Tulum & Akumal) so that we could use all 3 resorts beach, pools, buffets & snack huts by the beach. The only down side to booking Coba was that you could only book 2 restaurants and had ti eat at the buffets the other nights. Luckily the buffet was pretty good! (We’ve been to many Caribbean resorts) If you want unlimited access to booking restaurants you need to book Akumal resort. Coba is affordable and we feel we got our money worth! The activities at the pools (especially Tulum pool) were so fun! This is a big resort but never waited long for a shuttle. Definitely recommend Bahía Príncipe! "

"Staying at Xcaret was simply one of the best vacations we have had! The entire service and staff was amazing, we had everything and anything when we needed it. Food was superb and delicious. Now being an all-inclusive aside from the all you can eat and drink it includes entrances to their amazing parks which are filled with so many thrills and adventures, from zip lines, snorkeling, rides to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran, driving jeeps in the jungles, swimming in rivers with crystal clear waters etc, etc. Words just don't do this place justice. "
