"Overall great experience for the convenience of its location. It's a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem lake which is in the Old Quarter which offers a variety of local food and shopping options. One issue is the entrance of the property whereby you'll need to have your luggage carried up a short staircase to reach the front door. Without the help of staff, it'd be difficult to carry your luggage up if you don't travel light. The room i stayed was a tard small but had been warned by the receiption...

The day manager, Jimmi is professional ,helpful, patient and caring. He assisted us a lot during our stay without pushing anything and provided us with very good advices and options. We felt at hoom and our stay there was wonderful. "
