"From check in to check out everything went smoothly here . Upon booking was immediately messaged and welcomed and told prices for ride from airport . Our driver was prompt and safe and picked us up with no problems and good price . Was able to drop our bags while we waited for checkin . Room was decent size for the area and was cleaned daily . "I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Lovely hotel made so by the staff. They were really helpful and attentive. Checking in on you whenever you came and went. Lovely towel art on the bed. Didn’t make it down for breakfast but the smell coming from the kitchen were amazing! Only concern was the lock on the room door wasn’t great and didn’t close properly at the bottom but other than that, no issues. "

"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively.
