"Nice place to stay if in the area."

"도착하자마자 침대 커버에 얼룩이 있어서 교체를 했고 냉장고에는 작은 날 벌레들이 죽어 있었고 가구 곳곳에 먼지 뿐 아니라 거미와 거미 줄이 있었음. 화장실 바닥 청소를 하지 않아 따로 요청함. 침대에 이가 뛰어 다니는 것을 발견함. 새벽부터 공사 소리 때문에 시끄러웠음. 1층에 한국 식품을 파는 마트가 있고 2층 수영장이 있어 편리하긴 했으나 다시는 가고 싶지 않음."

"They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet it is within walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and some really nice restaurants. Will stay here again if we come to Hanoi!"

"Nice hotel by the ministry of finance, around 20 minutes walk from the old quarter. As with all hotels, the pictures online are a bit better than reality, but the hotel is very nice nonetheless. Staff couldn’t be more helpful! "

"Good location. Great amenities. Bed is unfortunately very uncomfortable though. Also the adjacent beer garden plays very loud music in the evenings but it stops at 23:00"

"The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I went straight to the hotel after my arrival in Hanoi. It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean. "
