"This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again."
"We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage.
Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "

"Our experience at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely beyond phenomenal - we loved every aspect of our stay. Upon arriving we were struck by the beauty of the building and excellent location on Hoan Kiem lake. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by the staff in the lobby, every interaction was fantastic. In particular, our personal concierge, Henry, was incredibly attentive, accommodating, caring, and helpful. As a Hanoi native, Henry has vast first-hand insight into the best shops, restaurants, sights, tours and guides. There wasn't a need that went unmet. We looked forward to visiting with Henry he is just a truly delightful person - we're tremendously grateful to have had the chance to get to know him!
La Sinfonía del Rey is a very special property made even more so by the staff. Yes, the accommodations are lovely, the decor on point, the sheets luxurious, the food excellent (particularly the buffet breakfast where you're spoiled for choice), the location superb, but it's the PEOPLE who make this an EXPERIENCE.
Don't hesitate to book La Sinfonía del Rey, you'll be so pleased that you did!"
"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"
"Awesome staff. A great team. Especially Jimmy, Jenny, Grace, Lily are awesome. The entire team is very professional and very helpful. Excellent place to stay in Hanoi."
"An outstanding hotel. Friendly/helpful staff, excellent central location and good value given the quality of the hotel. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes with attentive service. Overall, I would highly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel for couples and families alike."
"We loved this Hotel. It’s beautiful interior, rooms etc. The breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar is great. The beds are also super comfortable. A fantastic location."
