"This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The staff, service, rooms, food, pools, and beach are all wonderful. We personally feel that the beachfront at this particular hotel is better maintained than any of the others in its vicinity, especially during seaweed season. We definitely recommend and will be returning in the future."

"This was a great hotel to stay in for a couple of days at the start of our Mexico trip. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were generously sized and well appointed. The service at breakfast and by the pool was fantastic and the pool itself was lovely. The hotel was undergoing some renovations while we were there but these were not intrusive on our stay. The beach was a little disappointing due to the Sargassum seaweed that is present in the sea in this area at this time of year but there was plenty of room by the pool if one got there before midday. All the family really enjoyed the stay."

"We had a great experience at Riu Kukulkan. The staff is friendly and service is great. The hotel takes care of all the needs. They also have parties every other day. Good place for a fun time. Multiple bars and restaurants provides a variety of options. Four pools means there is always space to relax. We will definitely return. We will definitely go back. "

"I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers."

"Book it already. Food was amazing, staff were amazing. Pools 24 hours. Great activities. I would say, you won’t be able to swim on the beach because of too much seaweed but you can walk it. Lobby bar open until 6am. "
