"This hotel is an oasis for families with small children. We visited with a 3 year old and 8 month old, and it feels like the whole resort is setup to make families comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and amazing, but we were especially impressed with the team at the Imagine Kids Club. The Imagine Kids Club team were so warm and friendly, and they made it feel just like our daycare back home. I saw a few comments complaining about the resort being "Too Big", which couldn't be further from...

"It was overall a super nice place; however the all inclusive package was not like other resorts. Most alcoholic drinks and food items on the menu had an upcharge in order to get them. The outdoor bars closed at 530pm which was fairly early. "

"They are happy to see you when you arrive, but if you don’t want to go to the presentación they do a 360” face turn around like if they don’t want you there this this Is my third time.
