"The property is very clean and the staff is constantly working to make sure that everything is cleaned, safe, and visually pleasing. The only negative was the construction next door which is responsible for excess noise at times. The structure itself is now blocking some of the ocean views for hotel guests and definitely blocks a great deal of sun exposure around the main pool areas. In spite of all of that, we had a great time and enjoyed our time the resort."

"It’s good for family all inclusive hotel, staffs are very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The food was ok, but you can tell there are left over from last and recook for next day buffet. We had reservation seafood and Mexican restaurant. Plating and tasting is good, but food wasn’t fresh ingredients. Would considering come back if the food could improve. We had very noisy night, there is some heavy machine working from 8pm to 11pm very loud. "

"The property is a time share and we were not aware. We had to move rooms on our 3rd day which was inconvenient with 2 kids. The shower/tub combo is very outdated but other than that, the suite was a great size. Not many restaurant options on site and no lobby bar. "Beautiful property, great food, very clean and staff very helpful. Make sure you book dinner reservations well in advance. Kayaks need reservations too. It was week worth the extra fee to have park access with shuttles at no addt fee. I feel like i stayed at a great resort and did not have the hassle if third party tour guides to the park. I could comr and go as i pleased. Also, the hardest part was deciding to go to parks or stay in resort, both were beautiful, clean and fun. "
