"This was an amazing experience and the highlight of our trip. The hotel is nested in the jungle of Yucatan: luscious vegetation, old ruins that witness the passage of the Mayans, a Franciscan community and an old hacienda. Is exquisitely remodelled to blend with the surroundings, with modern and airy architecture, many beautiful pools, and walkable paths. The food is amazing and healthy and the staff warm, welcoming and efficient. We have the impression that is more than a hotel: we noticed...

"The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...
