"This hotel is simply beautiful with so much unique artwork and murals all over the places. Service was very prompt and professional. The front desk staff, Kimberly, was extremely helpful. She coordinated a transfer from their hotel to Merida, stopping by Chichen Itza and Izamal; gave us great instructions on where to visit in Valladolid; and assured us to use their free cave.
