"The sta was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. And the staff was great but the reason why i gave a 4 it’s bc one morning the cleaning crew left a note on our door stating we would be fined bc we were smoking and none of us smoke and we were not smoking! "

"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early! "

"This property is absolutely beautiful. From the moments that you walk in the staff make you feel you are at home. The service amazing. The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family."
