"Simple accommodations that meets your basic needs well. Lobby is spacious and pleasant like the guest rooms. We were a group of 5 and we had a lot of space in the room. My only complaint was that they didnt have enough towel racks and no trash segregation. Minor issues. Amazing view from the rooftop as well. Would definitely return."

"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"View from our room to the lake and Mount Fuji was worth every single penny. Highly recommended that you either rent a car or be prepared to pay for taxis to go down to the town and restaurants. "This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The design and functionality was unwatched. We had a personal onsen that was better than pictured and the closet and entryway provided lots of storage to keep our suitcases out of sight. I cannot reccomend this place enough.
